My stay at the park hotel was quite enjoyable! The cabin I stayed in was spacious and clean, perfect for a family getaway. The amenities, including the swimming pool, were well-maintained, offering plenty of space to relax. However, I did notice some areas could use a bit more attention during cleaning, particularly in the bathroom. Overall, it was good value for the price, but there's room for improvement.
Rooms

The two-bedroom cabin I had was nicely spacious and comfortably furnished with plenty of extra pillows and blankets, which was great for a cold night.

While some of the staff were friendly and offered helpful recommendations, I felt that not everyone was as welcoming as I would have liked during my stay.

6.6/10
My stay at this park was quite disappointing overall. I encountered rude behavior from the staff and a lack of transparency regarding cabin layouts. However, the amenities were decent and the location was reasonably close to town, making it easy to explore the area. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend staying here based on my experience.

6.8/10
My stay at the park was quite a mixed bag. While the location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Margaret River, I was really let down by the service and noise levels. The cabin I stayed in was clean but dated, and the overall experience lacked the cozy feel I was hoping for. I wouldn't recommend it for a peaceful getaway, especially with the disturbances I encountered during my stay.
Rooms
6.0
The cabin was clean but felt outdated, with several maintenance issues that needed attention, like a noisy shower door and a microwave with a broken light. It had all the cooking facilities I needed, but it could really use some renovations.
Service
5.0
While some staff were accommodating, I encountered a night manager who seemed dismissive when I raised concerns about noise from a party nearby. It made for a rather disappointing interaction.
Location
9.0
The location of the park was excellent; I could easily walk to the township and access nearby restaurants and shops without any hassle.
Dining
7.0
Dining options weren't included at the park, and I often had to venture into town for meals, which was not a big deal given the close proximity to lots of breakfast spots.
Facilities
5.0
The park offered basic amenities, but the overall facilities felt very much in need of upkeep. The laundry was functional, but I expected a bit more in terms of quality.
